BlackRock Global Funds - Emerging Markets Sustainable Equity Fund ZI2

The Fund aims to provide a return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, with a focus on sustainable investing in global emerging markets.

The Fund invests globally at least 70% of its total assets in equity securities of companies domiciled in or whose main business is in global emerging markets. The Fund adopts a holistic approach to sustainable investing and engages with companies to support improvement in their environmental, social, and governance credentials.

This Fund may not be appropriate for short-term investment, as it is actively managed and not constrained by any benchmark. Additionally, the Fund's performance may be affected by currency differences, as shares are bought and sold in New Zealand Dollar while the base currency is US Dollar. The hedging strategy aims to reduce the effect of exchange rate fluctuations, but may not completely eliminate currency risk.
