CG UK Index-Linked Bond Fund GBP Class G

The fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation and income growth by primarily investing in UK Government Index-Linked Bonds ("linkers"). It is designed to provide an investment opportunity for investors seeking a real rate of return, with active management unconstrained by any benchmark.

The fund is exposed to UK Government Index-Linked Bonds with a range of maturities, where interest payments and principal are adjusted to compensate for inflation as measured by the RPI. Additionally, the fund may invest in cash, treasury bills, and conventional bonds issued by the UK Government, with a maximum of 20% of its Net Asset Value in cash. The Investment Manager does not use derivative instruments.

Investors should be aware that the fund may not be suitable for those needing access to their money within three years. Additionally, the minimum investment in the fund is £100,000, and shareholders may request redemptions on any Dealing Day by submitting a written request to the Administrator. A dividend will be paid annually if there is income in the fund.
