CT Property Growth & Income Fund H Acc

The fund aims to deliver capital growth and income over the long term (at least 5 years) by investing at least 70% in a combination of UK commercial property and securities of property and property related issuers listed or operating in the countries of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area.

The fund is actively managed and primarily invests in shares to gain exposure to property, but may also invest in bonds, derivatives, securities convertible into shares, cash, and money market instruments. It may also invest up to 10% in separately managed funds investing predominantly in securities in which the fund may invest.

Investors should be aware that the fund may deviate from its investment ranges based on prevailing market and economic conditions. Additionally, there is no minimum holding period for the fund, but it may not be suitable for investors planning to withdraw their money in under 5 years. Non-sterling investments may be hedged back to sterling, and no interest will be paid to investors on cash held in a client bank account.
