The fund focuses on investing in high-quality businesses that can sustain a high return on operating capital employed, have advantages that are difficult to replicate, do not require significant borrowing to generate returns, and show a high degree of certainty of growth from reinvestment of cash flows at high rates of return. The fund avoids investing in businesses with substantial interests in sectors such as Aerospace and Defence, Metals and Mining, Oil, Gas and Consumable Fuels, and Tobacco.
