The fund aims to achieve a performance net of fees superior to that of global convertible bond markets over a recommended investment horizon of 5 years through investments in convertible bonds from all geographical areas, while also implementing a socially responsible investment strategy.

The fund primarily invests in international corporate convertible bonds, with the possibility of also investing in government or private bonds from the EEA and non-EEA, as well as international equities. The fund may allocate up to 20% of its net assets to securities issued by companies based in emerging markets. The selection of securities considers credit quality analysis, fundamental analysis of the underlying equity, sector analysis, and volatility analysis.

The fund may be exposed to risks such as credit risk, market risk, interest rate risk, currency risk, and liquidity risk. Additionally, investments in emerging markets may entail higher volatility and political risks. The fund's performance may deviate significantly from the Refinitiv Convertible Focus Global Hedged index due to active management decisions.
