Overstone UCITS Smaller Companies Fund I GBP

The objective of the Fund is to generate long term total returns (capital growth and income) in excess of those of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) World Small and Mid-Cap Index (with net dividends reinvested).

The Fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of primarily small and medium-sized companies, and, to a lesser extent, large companies, selected from all the major markets and to a lesser extent from emerging markets worldwide. The Fund's holdings will typically be highly concentrated with no more than 35 holdings at any one time.

The Fund will be exposed to exchange rate movements, and the investment manager may engage in currency hedging to attempt to minimise or eliminate the effect of the exchange rate movements of the non-base currency denominated investments. Investment in the Fund may be appropriate for investors who have a medium to long-term investment horizon.
