General Objective
The Raiffeisen-Health and Wellbeing-ESG-Aktien (SZ) fund aims for long-term capital growth while accepting higher risks. It invests solely in securities and/or money market instruments issued by entities that have been classified as sustainable based on ESG criteria.
Fund Exposure
At least 51% of the fund's assets are invested in stocks or stock-equivalent securities of companies involved in the development, production, or sale of products or services related to healthcare (including medicine, pharmacy, and biotechnology) or products/services contributing to the physical, mental, social well-being of individuals ("Wellbeing"). The fund excludes companies in the arms industry, those violating labor and human rights, or generating a substantial portion of revenue from coal-related activities.
Risks
The fund excludes companies involved in the production of "prohibited" weapons (e.g. cluster munitions, chemical weapons, landmines) or those failing to meet certain corporate governance standards. Additionally, derivative instruments enabling or supporting food speculation are not acquired. Further details on the exclusion criteria can be found in the prospectus (Section II, Point 13.1). Issuers of bonds or money market instruments in the fund may include states, supranational entities, and/or corporations. The fund is actively managed without reference to a benchmark.
