The fund aims to achieve capital growth over the medium term (3-5 years) by investing at least 80% in the shares of UK companies included in the FTSE All-Share Index. The performance target is to outperform the FTSE All-Share Index over a rolling 5-year period.

At least 50% of the fund will be invested in shares of UK companies, with up to 30% of assets in shares of non-UK companies listed in the UK. A minimum of 80% will be invested in shares of companies in the FTSE All-Share Index. The fund may also invest up to 10% in overseas companies and up to 10% in other investment funds. Derivatives may be used for efficient portfolio management.

Investors planning to withdraw their money within five years may find this fund unsuitable. It is recommended to hold units for at least five years, although they can be sold at any time.
