SEI Global Master Fund plc - SGMF Select Value Fund GBP Institutional Accumulating

The objective of the Fund is to provide long-term growth of capital and income by primarily investing in listed companies globally, including those listed or traded in Emerging Market Countries, and up to 10% of its assets in funds. The Fund aims to outperform the MSCI World Index over time through a Value investing strategy.

The Fund is exposed to a Value investing strategy, seeking to acquire underpriced securities compared to market, country, or sector averages. It may invest significantly in securities within the Benchmark but is not constrained by it, allowing for investments in instruments not included in the Benchmark. The Fund also promotes environmental and social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of SFDR.

The Fund may use derivatives to reduce risk, reduce costs, and generate additional income. Exchange rate movements may affect the value of the Fund if the share class currency differs from the base currency of U.S. Dollars. Shareholders may redeem or exchange shares on any dealing day, with income generated either retained within the NAV for accumulating classes or distributed from the NAV for distributing classes.
