SSGA Luxembourg SICAV - State Street Multi-Factor Global ESG Equity Fund I GBP

The objective of the Fund is to provide a return in excess of the performance of global equity securities.

The Fund is exposed to equities and equity-related securities, other funds, liquid assets, and derivatives for efficient portfolio management. It follows a Multi-Factor Equity Strategy to generate returns in excess of the MSCI World Index while screening out securities based on international norms in areas such as environmental protection, human rights, and anti-corruption.

Investors should be aware that the Fund may not be suitable for those planning to withdraw their money within five years. Additionally, the Fund may lend up to 40% of the securities it owns, which introduces counterparty risk.
