InvestmentObjective: The investmentobjectiveof theFund is to increasethevalueof theportfolioofworlddevelopedequities, usingamulti-factorsystematic securityselectionapproach,whiletakingintoaccountEnvironmental,SocialandGovernance(ESG)criteria. InvestmentPolicy:Toachieveitsinvestmentobjective,theFundinvestsatleast90%ofitsassetsinequitiesand/orequity-relatedsecuritiesissuedbycompaniesthat havetheirregisteredofficesorconductthemajorityoftheirbusinessactivitiesindevelopedcountries. TheFund’sportfoliowillbebuiltbasedonasystematicapproach,combiningseveral factorcriteriasuchas,butnotlimitedto, (i)cashflowgeneration(quality), (ii) relativevaluationcomparedtopeers(value),(iii)mediumtermperformancetrend(momentum)and(iv)lowpricevariation(“low-volatility”). Inaddition, andintheframeworkof the implementationof theStrategy, the investmentuniverseisreducedbyremovingcompaniesthatdonotcomplywiththe InvestmentManager’sResponsibleBusinessConduct(“RBC”)Policywhichincludes:1)norms-basedscreens,suchastheUNNationsGlobalCompactprinciplesand OECDGuidelines forMultinational Enterprises, and2) the InvestmentManager’ssectorpolicies, assetout inthesectionof theProspectus titled“ESG-related DisclosuresResponsibleBusinessConductStandards”.
