The Sub-Fund aims to increase the value of investments over the recommended holding period by investing mainly in a broad range of equities and equity-linked instruments of companies worldwide, with a market capitalization of at least USD 1 billion at the time of acquisition. It promotes ESG characteristics and may invest up to 30% of its net assets in equities of companies from emerging markets.

The Sub-Fund is actively managed and seeks to outperform the MSCI World Net Total Return Index. It is mainly exposed to the issuers of the Benchmark but has discretionary management to invest in issuers not included in the Benchmark. The Sub-Fund integrates Sustainability Factors in its investment process and aims to deliver alpha by focusing on companies with a positive ESG trajectory and strong ESG improvers in their sectors.
