General Objective
The fund aims to outperform €STR + 0.15% over a minimum investment period of 12 months by investing in international interest-rate products that incorporate ESG criteria into the security selection process, with a preference for projects that have a positive impact on the environment.
Fund Exposure
The fund primarily invests in green bonds, with more than 75% of its assets allocated to such securities. It may also invest up to 50% of its assets in debt securities denominated in OECD country currencies, with a residual currency risk of 2%. The portfolio consists mainly of bonds (fixed-rate, indexed variable-rate, subordinated financial securities) and money-market instruments, with at least 20% of the portfolio consisting of securities with maturities of over 2 years.
Risks
The fund may be exposed to controversial sectors due to its best-in-class approach, which prioritizes issuers that are sector-leading in terms of ESG criteria. To mitigate non-financial risks, the fund applies exclusions for coal and tobacco, as well as an engagement policy to promote dialogue with issuers and improve their ESG practices. Additionally, the fund actively manages the portfolio to take advantage of changes in interest rates and credit margins, which may introduce market and credit risks.
