The 2025 cohort reflects some of today’s most important technology and sustainability trends: 95% of startups have an AI focus, with top areas including AI agents, machine learning, and big data. More than 35% of the participating startups are dedicated to the circular economy, and over 90% are actively contributing to at least three UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

Since 2015, Kickstart has supported over 490 startups, facilitated more than 340 innovation deals with companies from over 80 countries, and helped these ventures collectively raise more than CHF 2.8 billion in investments. challenges through innovation in science and technology.
