Updated 2025 Financial Targets

The operating margin target remains unchanged at 13.3% to 13.5%, and the organic free cash flow target is maintained at around €1.9 billion.

Regional Performance

Revenues in North America rose by +1.6%, driven by strong performance in Financial Services, TMT, and Energy & Utilities sectors. The UK and Ireland saw a +6.0% increase, while France experienced a -5.0% decline. The Asia-Pacific and Latin America region led growth with an +8.7% increase, bolstered by the Financial Services sector.
