Cint Group AB (publ) reported its third quarter 2025 financial results, marked by a challenging business climate and significant migration activities among its largest customers. Revenue & Profitability

In Q3 2025, net sales decreased by 20.4% to EUR 33.7m (a 16.2% decline in constant currency). EBITA dropped from EUR 11.7m to EUR 6.3m with the margin falling from 27.5% to 18.7%, largely due to lower sales volume and migration-related impacts.

Cash Flow & Debt

Operating cash flow improved significantly to EUR 9.9m from EUR 1.7m, aided by effective working capital management and stronger collections which reduced accounts receivable by EUR 3.8m this quarter. The period ended with a cash position of EUR 50.4m and interest-bearing debt standing at EUR 59.6m following loan repayments.

Customer Migration & Market Conditions

The migration of large customers, although essential, contributed to the revenue decline, with sales in the Cint Exchange falling by 27.2% (23.7% in constant currency) and Media Measurement sales dropping by 6.3% (-0.4% in constant currency). Overall, these changes were compounded by broader market uncertainties and a high prior-year benchmark.

Innovation & Strategic Initiatives

Cint Group AB (publ) is investing in the future with launches such as the beta version of Luci, a new AI Study Companion, and a data partnership with Affinity Solutions. These initiatives are aimed at enhancing product offerings for both Media Measurement and Exchange customers, supporting the company’s shift from consolidation to stabilization and growth as part of its Cint 2.0 strategic plan.
