In Q3 2024/25, Coloplast A/S reported a 1% increase in revenue, reaching DKK 6,958 million. This growth was supported by organic factors, although it was partially offset by a 4% negative impact from exchange rate developments and the Skin Care divestment.

Business Area Performance

The company's organic growth was distributed across its business areas as follows: Ostomy Care grew by 6%, Continence Care by 8%, Voice and Respiratory Care by 9%, Advanced Wound Care by 4%, and Interventional Urology by 4%. Notably, the Continence Care division benefited from the strong performance of the Luja™ portfolio.

EBIT and Profitability

Coloplast A/S achieved an EBIT of DKK 1,915 million in Q3 2024/25, marking a 2% increase from the previous year. The EBIT margin improved to 28% from 27% last year, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency.

Regional Performance

Growth in Ostomy Care was broad-based across regions, with all areas contributing positively except China, which experienced low-single digit growth as anticipated. Advanced Wound Care faced a decline in China due to a significant product return, impacting revenues by approximately DKK 20 million in Q3.

Leadership and Strategic Initiatives

Coloplast A/S announced changes to its Executive Leadership Team to support the new company strategy towards 2030. The search for a new CEO remains on track, with plans to present the 2030 strategy at the upcoming Capital Markets Day on September 2.
