Improved Profitability

GAAP income from continuing operations improved to $106.9 million, reversing a loss from the prior year. Additionally, non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA surged by 97.1% to $402.5 million on a consolidated basis, with RemainCo non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA also nearly doubling to $90.6 million.

Robust Cash Flow & Liquidity

The quarter generated $151.4 million in cash flow from operations and delivered free cash flow of $135.0 million. The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of approximately $705 million and total liquidity of about $1,281.8 million, reflecting its strong financial position.

Forward Guidance & Strategic Initiatives

Looking ahead, CommScope raised its 2025 consolidated adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $1.30 to $1.35 billion and RemainCo adjusted EBITDA guidance to $350 to $375 million. The anticipated closing of the CCS deal in the first quarter of 2026 is expected to further strengthen the balance sheet and provide the basis for a substantial special dividend to common shareholders.
