Flowserve Corp reported robust financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 and the full year ended December 31, 2024. Strong Booking Growth

In Q4 2024, Flowserve Corp achieved bookings of $1.2 billion, including $618 million in aftermarket activity. Notably, power bookings increased by over 40% year-over-year, highlighted by more than $110 million in nuclear awards during the quarter.

Improved Margins and Earnings

The quarter saw an increase in gross margin to 31.5% and adjusted gross margin to 32.8%, up by 240 and 300 basis points respectively compared to Q4 2023. Operating income climbed to $125 million, with adjusted operating income reaching $149 million, reflecting increases of 14% and 22% year-over-year, respectively.

Robust Cash Flow and Future Guidance

Flowserve Corp reported operating cash flow of $197 million in Q4, driven by strong earnings and effective working capital management. The company also initiated its full-year 2025 guidance, projecting organic sales growth of 3% to 5% and adjusted earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.30, marking a notable improvement compared to full-year 2024.
