EBIT Performance

The company's Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) decreased by €9 million, or 4%, to €209 million in H1 2025. This decline was influenced by unfavorable mix changes in the North American market and pressures from tariff policies, which offset the positive impact of increased sales revenues.

Regional Performance

In H1 2025, the EMEA region saw a modest sales growth of 1%, while the Asia-Pacific region increased sales by 4%, and the North and South America regions grew by 3%. These gains were partially offset by declines in other regions due to economic challenges and unfavorable currency effects.

Adjusted Full-Year Outlook

FUCHS SE has revised its full-year 2025 outlook, expecting sales revenues to remain on par with the previous year’s €3,525 million. EBIT expectations have been lowered by 6%, anticipating around €3,700 million. The company continues to focus on its FUCHS100 strategic program to drive future profitable growth amid a challenging market environment.
