Hawesko Holding SE — Q4 2024 (full-year 2024 results): The company’s 2024 annual report shows a slight overall sales decline (around -2% year‑on‑year) while operating EBITDA was broadly stabilised versus the prior year. Reported EBIT was about €32 million (down ~6%), with operating EBIT slightly below the prior year after higher depreciation from recent logistics and IT investments. Key operational activity was the completion of the logistics warehouse expansion (finalised in H1 2024 following 2023 commissioning). Investments include automation (AMRs) and increased warehouse capacity, which shortened lead times and improved service but increased depreciation charges.

Commercial actions and outlook

Management highlights measures taken to stabilise sales: repositioning Wein & Co. (Austria), expanded marketplace offerings and omnichannel measures at Jacques’, broader product ranges and targeted marketing. These actions helped a recovery in the second half and management expects a return to operating profitability in 2025.
