For the first half of 2025, Highlight Communications AG achieved consolidated sales of CHF 156.5 million, representing a 14.4% decrease from CHF 182.9 million in the first half of 2024. The Film segment maintained revenue levels, while the Sports and Event segment experienced a decline.

Operational Loss Widenes

The company's profit from operations (EBIT) worsened to CHF -27.6 million in H1 2025 from CHF -5.8 million in the previous year. This increase in losses was driven by non-recurring special effects in the Sports and Event segment and extraordinary operating costs.

Increased Net Loss

Highlight Communications AG reported a consolidated net loss of CHF -30.9 million for the first half of 2025, up from CHF -12.0 million in H1 2024. The net loss attributable to shareholders also rose to CHF -22.3 million from CHF -12.3 million year-over-year.

Reduced Equity Ratio

The equity ratio decreased to 20.0% as of June 30, 2025, down from 24.3% at the end of 2024. Despite this reduction, Highlight Communications AG remains well-financed, maintaining a strong financial position.
