Revenue Growth

Investis Holding Ltd reported a revenue increase of 1.7% to CHF 231.5 million for the year ending 31 December 2023, compared to CHF 227.5 million in the previous year. This growth was achieved both organically and through acquisitions, despite the sale of eleven properties in 2022.

Net Profit and Loss

For the year ending 31 December 2023, Investis Holding Ltd recorded a net loss of CHF 5.4 million, compared to a net profit of CHF 151.8 million in the previous year. The net loss per share was CHF –0.42, down from CHF 11.90 per share in 2022. Excluding revaluation effects, the net profit was CHF 35.5 million, compared to CHF 93.8 million in 2022.

Properties Segment Performance

The Properties segment of Investis Holding Ltd saw a revenue decline to CHF 53.1 million from CHF 57.8 million in the previous year, primarily due to the loss of rental income from properties sold in 2022. However, like-for-like rental income increased by 3.1%, and the vacancy rate was reduced to 0.9% from 1.3% as of 31 December 2022.

Real Estate Services Segment

The Real Estate Services segment of Investis Holding Ltd experienced a revenue increase of 4.7% to CHF 181.7 million for the year ending 31 December 2023, up from CHF 173.5 million in the previous year. The EBIT margin for this segment was 9.9%, slightly down from 10.6% in the previous year. Facility Services accounted for 67% of the segment's revenue.

Capital Structure

As of 31 December 2023, Investis Holding Ltd maintained a solid capital structure with total assets amounting to CHF 1.6 billion and an equity ratio of 64%. The loan-to-value (LTV) ratio was low at 26%, with interest-bearing financial liabilities at CHF 397.0 million. The property portfolio was valued at CHF 1,518 million, comprising 152 buildings with 2,477 residential units.
