Gross Bookings Increase

Gross bookings surged by 12.4% year-over-year, reaching $2.608 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. This growth reflects the company's strong performance across various service segments, particularly in bus ticketing and other ancillary services.

Improved Adjusted Margins

Adjusted margins saw significant improvements across all business segments. Air ticketing margins increased by 11.5% to $97.1 million, hotels and packages by 16.3% to $121.9 million, bus ticketing by 34.1% to $42.6 million, and others by 47.4% to $21.5 million. These enhancements underscore effective cost management and operational efficiencies.

The company's adjusted operating profit rose to $47.3 million, a 21.0% increase from the previous year.
