Netfonds AG — full-year results for 2024 (annual results including Q4 2024): The company reported materially improved 2024 results with gross consolidated sales rising to EUR 237.1m and net sales (after commissions) to EUR 45.6m. Profitability strengthened: EBITDA came in at EUR 8.1m and annual net income at EUR 2.6m. The Supervisory and Management Boards will propose a dividend increase to EUR 0.35 per share. The audited consolidated and parent company financial statements were approved on 16 June 2025.

EBITDA: EUR 8.06m (+64.2% vs. EUR 4.91m). EBIT: EUR 3.33m (vs. EUR 1.34m prior year). Earnings before taxes: EUR 4.12m. Annual consolidated net income: EUR 2.60m (2023: -EUR 0.28m).

Parent-company result

Netfonds AG (parent) reported net income for the year of EUR 0.4m.

Balance sheet and capital

Consolidated total assets: EUR 109.16m (+51.1%). Group equity: EUR 25.92m (+20.8%). Equity ratio: 23.75% (down from 30.0% in 2023).

Dividend

Management and Supervisory Boards will propose at the AGM (23 July 2025) a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share, up 40% from EUR 0.25 last year.

Outlook

Based on Q1 analyses, the company expects continued growth in investment and insurance segments. For FY2025 Netfonds forecasts net sales to grow ~15% to EUR 52.5–54.0m and expects a disproportionately higher increase in operating result.
