Balance sheet and solvency

Consolidated total assets increased to EUR 109.2 million (2023: EUR 72.3m; +51.1%). Group equity rose to EUR 25.9 million (2023: EUR 21.5m; +20.8%), while the equity ratio declined to 23.75% (2023: 30.0%).

Capital return

Management and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share at the Annual General Meeting (23 July 2025), a 40% increase from the prior year’s EUR 0.25 per share.

Outlook for 2025
