In the first half of 2025, PSI Software SE demonstrated robust financial performance, achieving an 18.3% increase in revenues to €132.9 million. The company markedly improved its operating and net results, transitioning to a positive operating result of €2.1 million and reducing its net loss to €1.4 million compared to the same period last year.

Revenue Growth

PSI Software SE reported revenues of €132.9 million for the first half of 2025, an increase of €20.6 million (+18.3%) compared to €112.3 million in the same period of 2024. This growth was driven by a 36.4% rise in new orders, totaling €210 million.

Improved Operating Results

The company's operating result significantly improved to €2.1 million in H1 2025 from a loss of €19.4 million in H1 2024. This turnaround was partly due to the absence of a major cyberattack that affected the previous year's performance.

Strong Order Intake

New orders for PSI Software SE surged by 36.4% to €210 million in the first half of 2025, ensuring a solid order backlog of €206 million. This indicates sustained demand despite the divestiture of the Mobility business.

Segment Performance

All major segments showed significant improvements. Grid & Energy Management revenues rose by 26.9% to €61.1 million with a positive operating result of €2.2 million. Discrete Manufacturing and Logistics segments also saw substantial revenue and operating result enhancements.

Cash Flow Improvement

Cash flow from operating activities turned positive, reaching €7.6 million compared to a negative €17.6 million in the previous year. This improvement contributed to an increase in cash and cash equivalents to €31.2 million by the end of June 2025.

Share Performance

PSI Software SE's stock performed exceptionally well, ending H1 2025 at €30.50 per share, a 44.6% increase from €21.10 at the end of 2024. This outpaced the TecDAX technology index, which rose by 13.5% during the same period.
