Advertising Revenue

Total advertising revenue remained stable at €685 million in Q1 2025, same as the previous year. While TV advertising revenue declined by 4.0% to €507 million, digital advertising revenue saw a substantial increase of 28.8% to €103 million, offsetting the overall decrease in traditional advertising channels.

Net Debt

As of March 31, 2025, RTL Group SA reported a net debt of €-471 million, improving from €-492 million at the end of December 2024. This positive financial position reflects the company's effective debt management and operational performance.

Outlook

RTL Group SA confirmed its full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITA guidance of around €780 million. The company remains confident in achieving streaming profitability by 2026 and anticipates favorable impacts from the new German government's investment program on GDP, private consumption, and advertising spend.
