Revenue Decline

In the fourth quarter of 2023, SEMAPA - Sociedade de Investimento e Gestao SGPS, SA reported a consolidated revenue of 2,706.3 million euros, marking a 13.3% decrease compared to the same period in 2022. The overall net profit for the period was 335.9 million euros, reflecting a 20.4% decrease year-on-year.

Investment and Debt

In 2023, SEMAPA - Sociedade de Investimento e Gestao SGPS, SA made total investments amounting to 557.9 million euros. The company's consolidated interest-bearing net debt at the end of 2023 was 1,012 million euros, an increase of 217.8 million euros from the end of 2022. Despite the increased debt, the company maintained a strong liquidity position with 281.2 million euros in cash and undrawn credit lines.

Dividend Proposal

The Board of Directors of SEMAPA - Sociedade de Investimento e Gestao SGPS, SA has proposed a dividend distribution of 0.626 euros per share for the year 2023, totaling approximately 50.0 million euros. This proposal will be presented to the shareholders at the upcoming General Meeting.
