In the United Kingdom & Ireland, the company saw a 3% increase in Gross Transaction Value (GTV) to €3.6 billion and a substantial 32% rise in adjusted EBITDA to €121 million in H1 2025. This growth was primarily due to higher revenue and reduced order fulfilment costs through streamlined delivery operations.

Cash Position

As of 30 June 2025, Just Eat Takeaway.com maintained cash and cash equivalents totaling €1,294 million, up from €1,177 million at the end of December 2024. This increase reflects the company's strong cash generation from operating activities, which rose to €160 million in H1 2025 from €96 million in H1 2024.
