Enterprise Segment Performance

The Enterprise segment, also known as Udemy Business, saw its quarterly revenue rise by 13% year-over-year to $130.1 million. For the full year, Enterprise revenue surged by 18% to $494.5 million, demonstrating strong demand and market expansion.

Consumer Segment Revenue

In contrast, the Consumer segment experienced a decline, with quarterly revenue decreasing by 7% year-over-year to $69.8 million. For the full year, Consumer revenue fell by 5% to $292.1 million, influenced by similar foreign exchange headwinds.

Profitability and EBITDA

Udemy Inc. reported an Adjusted EBITDA of $19.5 million for the fourth quarter 2024, a significant increase of 390% compared to $4.0 million in the same quarter last year. The Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 10% from 2% year-over-year. For the full year, Adjusted EBITDA reached $43.0 million, up 451% from $7.8 million in 2023.

Net Loss Reduction
