Good: Oligopoly with over a 60% EBIT margin. Strong credit risk management - unlike many BNPL companies such as Klarna. Compared to other “high-margin” companies, it is fairly cheap. Low beta. Bad: Europe wants to reduce its dependence on Visa and Mastercard. Low dividend relative to its valuation.
