abrdn Future Real Estate UCITS ETF

The fund aims to generate growth over the long term (5 years or more) by investing in listed real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) and equities of companies engaged in real estate-related activities globally, with a Performance Target to outperform the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Net Index before charges.

The fund will invest at least 80% in listed real estate holding and development companies and REITs listed on global stock exchanges that make up the Benchmark Index. It may also invest up to 20% in listed Companies globally that are not constituents of the Benchmark Index but operate in sectors researched by the abrdn Real Estate Global HouseView. The fund applies a set of Company exclusions related to ESG risks and certain activities such as weapons, tobacco, and thermal coal.

Investors should be aware that the fund may not be appropriate for those planning to withdraw their money within five years. It is important for investors to ensure that their risk tolerance aligns with the risk profile of the fund before making an investment.
