BNP Paribas Easy FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe ex UK Green CTB UCITS ETF Cap

The fund is an index-tracking passively managed fund that seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe ex UK Green EU CTB (NTR) Index with a maximum tracking error of 1%. The Index is composed of European (after exclusion of UK) listed real estate companies selected based on sustainable investment considerations, aiming to comply with Climate Transition Benchmark targets.

The fund is exposed to European listed real estate companies that meet sustainable investment criteria, focusing on green building certification, energy usage, and carbon emission data. The index follows a thematic approach, investing in companies providing solutions to environmental and social challenges while contributing to the transition towards a low-carbon, inclusive economy.

The maximum weight of a company within the index is limited to 10% on each rebalancing date, and companies violating UN Global Compact principles are excluded from the Index.
