The Amerant Latin American Debt ETF seeks to generate income by investing in a diverse range of U.S. dollar-denominated fixed income securities issued by corporations, governments, and quasi-governments in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries across Latin America. Additionally, up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of contingent convertible bonds (CoCos), which can convert to equity or have their principal reduced under specific conditions.
