HSBC FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Paris Aligned UCITS ETF USD (Dist)

The Fund aims to track the returns of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Green EU PAB Index while integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.

The Fund invests in companies that make up the Index, which focuses on reducing exposure to transition and physical climate risks, aligning with the Paris Agreement, and exceeding the minimum standards of the EU Paris-Aligned Benchmark. The Index excludes companies involved in controversial weapons, tobacco, thermal coal power generation, thermal coal extraction, and non-compliance with UN Global Compact Principles.
