HSBC MSCI World UCITS ETF

HSBC MSCI World ETF is a passively managed fund that aims to mirror the MSCI World Index by holding stocks of large- and mid‑cap companies from developed markets around the world; it uses an optimisation sampling method so it won’t necessarily own every index constituent or match each company’s exact weight, and may instead hold other companies expected to behave similarly. To gain exposure it can use instruments like depositary receipts and derivatives, and it may use total return swaps and contracts for difference (up to 10% of assets, though typically less) and can invest a small portion in other funds, including HSBC funds.
