The fund aims to provide the performance of the NASDAQ-100 Notional Net Total Return Index, less fees.

The fund is exposed to a concentrated portfolio of the largest US and international non-financial securities listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market®, including companies in major industry groups such as computer hardware and software, telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade, and biotechnology.

Investors should be aware that the value of investments in the fund, as well as any income from them, may fluctuate due to changes in exchange rates. Additionally, the fund may be exposed to borrower default risk, concentration risk in specific regions or sectors, and fluctuations in the value of equities and equity-related securities. Currency hedging may not completely eliminate currency risk between the base currency of the fund and the currency of the share class.
