The fund has a fixed term and will terminate on the Maturity Date, distributing income on a quarterly basis.

This fund is exposed to USD-denominated, investment-grade, fixed-rate, taxable debt securities issued by corporate issuers. It is market-value weighted with a 4.5% cap on individual corporate issuers, with top exposures including Citigroup Inc, Apple Inc, and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA. The geographic allocation includes the United States, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Switzerland, and others.
