Invesco NASDAQ-100 ESG ETF seeks to track the Nasdaq-100 ESG Index by investing directly in the index constituents. The fund is built from companies in the Nasdaq-100 that meet specific ESG criteria, with selection based on business activities, controversies and ESG risk ratings. It first excludes companies involved in areas such as adult entertainment, alcohol, gambling, weapons, nuclear power, oil and gas, oil sands, shale energy, thermal coal and tobacco, as well as companies with a high controversy score or a high, or not yet rated, ESG risk rating. The portfolio is physically replicated and typically holds the index constituents directly, giving investors targeted exposure to the remaining ESG-screened Nasdaq-100 names.
