Invesco Morningstar US Energy Infrastructure MLP UCITS ETF (Dist)

The fund aims to track the total return performance of the Morningstar MLP Composite Index, less fees, by investing in a passively managed, index tracking fund.

The fund is exposed to US publicly traded energy master limited partnerships ("MLPs") through the Morningstar MLP Composite Index. It targets the top 97% of MLPs by market capitalization, weighting constituents by their total annual distributions and capping exposure to individual constituents at 10%.

Investors should be aware that the value of investments in the fund may fluctuate, partly due to changes in exchange rates. The fund's ability to track the benchmark's performance relies on counterparties delivering the performance of the benchmark in line with swap agreements. Additionally, the fund may be concentrated in a specific region or sector, leading to greater fluctuations in value compared to more diversified funds.
