iShares € Govt Bond 20yr Target Duration UCITS ETF EUR (Dist)

The fund aims to achieve a return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, reflecting the return of the Markit iBoxx EUR Eurozone 20yr Target Duration Index, the Fund’s benchmark index.

The fund is passively managed and primarily invests in fixed income securities such as bonds that make up the Index, which consists of bonds with an aggregate duration of around 20 years. The eligible bonds are selected from the Markit iBoxx EUR Eurozone 15+ Index and must have a minimum rating of AA- or better by Fitch, Moody’s, and Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services.

Risks associated with this fund include interest rate risk, credit risk, and currency risk. The price of bonds and their duration are sensitive to changes in interest rates, and the credit ratings of the fixed income securities held by the fund may be downgraded. Additionally, the performance of shares may be affected by currency differences as they are denominated in Euro, the Fund's base currency.
