The iShares iBonds Dec 2031 Term Corp ETF invests in a diversified selection of investment-grade, U.S. Dollar-denominated corporate bonds that are set to mature between January 1, 2031, and December 2, 2031. The fund specifically includes taxable fixed-rate bonds and applies environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria to exclude companies involved in industries such as tobacco, nuclear weapons, firearms, thermal coal, oil sands, and controversial weapons. By tracking the Bloomberg MSCI December 2031 Maturity USD Corporate ESG Screened Index, the ETF aims to deliver both capital growth and income from these carefully selected corporate bonds, with all shares being redeemed on December 2, 2031.
