iShares MSCI UK IMI ESG Leaders UCITS ETF GBP (Dist)

The Share Class aims to provide investors with total return on their investment, combining capital growth and income, reflecting the return of the MSCI UK IMI Country ESG Leaders 5% Issuer Capped Index, the Fund’s benchmark index.

The Share Class is passively managed and invests in equity securities that make up the Index, measuring the performance of UK companies with higher environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings within the MSCI United Kingdom IMI Index. The Index targets 50% cumulative coverage of each Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) sector within the Parent Index, with a minimum cumulative coverage set at 45%.

The Fund may obtain indirect exposure to securities that do not meet the ESG criteria of the Index through financial derivative instruments and collective investment schemes. Additionally, the Fund's investment in equity securities that make up the Index will comply with ESG requirements at the time of purchase, but may continue to hold securities that no longer meet these requirements until they are no longer part of the Index.
