The fund aims to achieve a return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets, reflecting the return of the MSCI USA ESG Enhanced Focus CTB Index.

The fund provides exposure to a portfolio of U.S. equity securities that are part of the MSCI USA Index, exceeding decarbonization and other minimum standards for an EU Climate Transition Benchmark (CTB) while maximizing exposure to issuers with higher ESG ratings.

Investment risk is concentrated in specific sectors, countries, currencies, or companies, making the fund sensitive to localized economic, market, political, sustainability-related, or regulatory events. Additionally, ESG screening may reduce the potential investment universe, affecting the value of the fund's investments compared to a fund without such screening. Counterparty risk is also present, exposing the Share Class to financial loss in case of insolvency of institutions providing services.
