iShares MSCI World GBP Hedged UCITS ETF (Acc)

The Fund aims to achieve a return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income that reflects the return of the MSCI World 100% Hedged to GBP Index Net, which measures the performance of large and mid capitalization equity securities in developed countries worldwide.

The Fund is passively managed and invests in equity securities that make up the MSCI World TR Index, as well as FX forward contracts to hedge non-Sterling currencies back to Sterling. It uses optimising techniques to achieve a similar return to its Index, which includes the strategic selection of certain securities or the use of financial derivative instruments.

Investors should be aware that the performance of their shares may be affected by currency differences, as the Fund's base currency is Sterling. Additionally, the Fund may engage in short-term secured lending of its investments to generate additional income, which introduces counterparty risk. It is recommended for medium to long-term investment, but may also be suitable for shorter-term exposure to the Index.
