iShares V PLC - iShares iBonds Dec 2027 Term € Corp UCITS ETF EUR Acc

The Share Class aims to achieve a return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets, reflecting the return of the Bloomberg MSCI December 2027 Maturity EUR Corporate ESG Screened Index.

The Share Class is passively managed and invests in fixed income securities that make up the Index, which measures the performance of investment grade, fixed rate, Euro denominated corporate bonds maturing between 01/01/2027 and 15/12/2027. The Index excludes issuers based on ESG and other exclusionary criteria.

Investors should be aware that the Fund may continue to hold securities that have been downgraded below investment grade or no longer meet ESG criteria until they cease to form part of the Index. Additionally, the performance of shares may be affected by currency differences, as shares are denominated in Euro and may be traded in currencies other than their base currency.
