JPM EUR Corporate Bond Research Enhanced Index (ESG) UCITS ETF - GBP Hedged (acc)

The fund aims to achieve a long-term return in excess of the Bloomberg Euro Corporate Index by actively investing primarily in a portfolio of investment grade Euro denominated corporate debt securities.

The fund invests at least 67% of its assets in investment grade Euro denominated corporate debt securities, with issuers located in any country, including emerging markets. It systematically includes ESG analysis in its investment decisions on at least 90% of securities purchased, with at least 51% of assets invested in issuers with positive environmental and/or social characteristics. The fund also invests at least 10% of assets in Sustainable Investments contributing to environmental or social objectives.

The risk characteristics of the portfolio of securities held by the fund, such as volatility levels and duration, will be broadly equivalent to the risk characteristics of the Benchmark while offering potential for excess returns. The fund aims to outperform the Benchmark over the long-term by actively selecting and managing a portfolio of fixed income securities. The Investment Manager may overweight securities with the highest potential to outperform the Benchmark and underweight or not invest in securities considered overvalued. The fund also assesses the impact of ESG factors on cash flows and risk profiles of issuers to identify negative outliers.
