The fund aims to achieve a long-term return in excess of the MSCI Emerging Market Index by actively investing primarily in a portfolio of emerging market companies.

The fund invests at least 67% of its assets in equity securities of companies domiciled in or carrying out economic activity in emerging market countries. At least 51% of assets are invested in companies with positive environmental and/or social characteristics, following good governance practices.

The fund is exposed to risks associated with investing in emerging markets, including increased political and regulatory risks. The historic volatility of the fund's Net Asset Value over the last five years categorizes it as higher risk with potentially higher rewards.
