PIMCO Euro Short-Term High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF EUR Income

The PIMCO Euro Short-Term High Yield Corporate Bond Index UCITS ETF aims to provide a return that closely corresponds to the ICE BofAML 0-5 Euro Developed Markets High Yield 2% Constrained Index.

The fund is exposed to Euro denominated below investment grade corporate debt securities publicly issued in the European domestic markets with remaining maturities of less than 5 years. The top 10 country exposures include Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden, Greece, Netherlands, and France. The top 10 industries include banks, automotive, chemicals, industrial, wirelines, wireless, electric utility, technology, packaging, and media cable.

The fund is exposed to credit and default risk, derivatives and counterparty risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and index tracking risk. Funds with high exposures to non-investment grade securities have a higher exposure to credit and default risk, while the use of derivatives could result in increased exposure to counterparty risk. Difficult market conditions could lead to liquidity risk, and changes in interest rates could result in interest rate risk. Additionally, fund performance may deviate from the reference index due to various factors.
