RICI Enhanced Metall TR USD ETC

The objective of this fund is to provide investors with a predetermined claim under specified conditions, with no fixed term. Investors have the option to exercise the product by submitting a written declaration within the redemption period on any redemption date. The issuer may also terminate the product on any ordinary termination date with a notice period. The product does not offer capital protection but is secured in terms of credit risk.

This fund is exposed to the RICI® Enhanced Metals TR Index as its underlying asset, with the reference price determined by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. The fund's currency is USD, and the exposure is adjusted daily based on the reference price multiplied by the conversion ratio. The fund is secured through collateral held in a security trust agreement between the issuer, BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C., and Clearstream Banking AG.

Investors should be aware that the fund may be subject to adjustments or early termination in the event of extraordinary circumstances related to the underlying asset(s) as outlined in the terms and conditions. The fund's management fee rate is 0.99% p.a., subject to adjustment within a range of 0.00% p.a. to 8.00% p.a.
